Shipping

We always strive to exceed your expectations when it comes to great service and value for money but in order to maintain our prices and a high level of service to all of our customers, we have some guidelines as set out below.

Orders may be shipped by a courier service or picked up from our warehouse.

 

Delivery by Courier

Shed and Shelving utilise the services of independent contract couriers. Drivers are contractors and require assistance to manually unload.

Bookings are made and goods delivered within a 4 hour window and customers are required to be present at the point of the delivery.

A courtesy phone call is offered to notify customers once the goods have been collected from Bibra Lake.

A redelivery fee will be charged if there is no-one available to assist and the driver is required to re-deliver.

 

Next Day Delivery Cut Off Times

All orders must be received by 11:00 am business days for same day dispatch. 

Orders received after 11:00 am will be processed as if they were received the following business day. 

While we pride ourselves on prompt service we cannot control external courier services, should something out of the ordinary happen. Please allow a window of 4 hours for your order to arrive by courier. Shed and Shelving cannot take responsibility for late delivery of orders. 

  

Pick Ups and Minimum Order Amount

Please note we are located in Bibra Lake, WA, and exist as a warehousing facility. Shelving is a bulky and heavy product to handle and, as such, Shed and Shelving are often available to assist in the loading of a vehicle.

If you are collecting an order, please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for securing their own trailer load or roof rack.

Our opening hours are from 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and most Saturdays 9am - 12.

Back Orders

We always endeavour to fill your order completely, but occasionally we do run out of stock. In the event that we are out of the product you require, we will take your contact details and confirm once stock is available. 

No deposit is required and if you have found an alternative in the meantime please let us know and the order will be cancelled.

 

Payment

Please note that orders cannot be shipped until payment has been received.  All orders require payment before delivery unless arranged. 

We accept payment by credit card which is our preferred method. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DINERS CLUB. 

If paying by EFT please allow one day for the funds to show up in our account. 

Please note that our couriers cannot accept cash payments. 

 

Permission to Return and Receive Credit

Returns may be accepted providing you obtain a Return Authority. Please contact us directly as soon as possible should you have any returns.

Remember it is your responsibility to check all goods upon arrival of your order. Credit notes/refunds will only be issued once goods are received by us in good condition. Returns on goods must be organised within 7 days of receiving your goods. This can be done by speaking to the orders department about return issues.

 

Re-Stocking Fee

Shed and Shelving reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on the value of the purchase when goods are returned simply for "change of mind". This will not apply to faulty or damaged merchandise.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, provide a credit on your Shed and Shelving account for any merchandise that is received in damaged condition, or as a result of a picking error. An emailed picture/s of all damaged items is required prior to a credit being finalised. No returns will be accepted, or damage claims approved, without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of any damage claims will be our responsibility.
