What are my Payment Options?

We accept payment by credit card which is our preferred method. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DINERS CLUB. 

If paying by EFT please allow one day for money to show up in our account. For EFT payments an invoice will be emailed once the order has been packed and is ready for shipping. The banking details are located at the bottom of the invoice. Please also use the invoice number as a reference when making payment.

 

Can you load my vehicle?

Our location in Bibra Lake, WA is a warehousing facility. We always try to assist our customers where possible.

Please come prepared to load your own shelving and we will help where we can.

 

How much is Delivery?

Delivery is made possible by the services of contract drivers. Typically our residential customers receive their deliveries on a 1 Tonne flat top ute. Estimates of delivery charges using this method are below: 

Thornlie   $35.00                 Rockingham $50.00            Karrinyup $55.00

Midland    $55.00                 Balcatta       $50.00            Joondalup $65.00

(these rates are a guide only. Ask for a freight quote when placing your order)

Please note : Shed and Shelving utilise the services of Couriers. Drivers are contractors and require assistance to manually unload.

Bookings are made and goods delivered within a 4 hour window and customers are required to be present at the point of the delivery.  A courtesy phone call is offered to notify customers once the goods have been collected from Bibra Lake

 

Can I return goods if I change my mind?

You are welcome to return goods within 7 days of invoice. A full product only refund will be provided if the item is unopened, unassembled and in 

its original packaging

Are my Credit Card details secure?

Absolutely, we take your privacy seriously. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Shed and Shelving does not store your personal credit card information (unless instructed) so we will ask for this to process any returns
